We are seeking a motivated and skilled Planning Approvals Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the airport precinct by supporting coordination and assessment of planning proposals for both airport-led and third-party developments.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and government authorities to facilitate planning approvals that balance operational needs with growth and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and assessing a range of planning approvals.
- Providing clear advice and guidance on planning processes and requirements.
- Facilitating referrals, consultations, and issue resolution.
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring compliance.
- Leading early-stage planning input during project feasibility and concept design phases.

About the Role

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in architecture, planning, building or similar.
Familiarity with Australian Standards and BCA requirements.
Awareness of aviation regulatory requirements.
Adaptable to changes within the business.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and customised workflow process platforms.
