The Operations Planning and Delivery program is a high-impact project that improves airport operations. The successful candidate will oversee this program, managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and facilitating communication across teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Partner with project sponsors to plan and manage the program lifecycle, monitoring progress and addressing risks.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and support governance through documentation and reporting.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including budget tracking, purchase orders, roster management, and meetings.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in program or project coordination within complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of program planning and risk management.
  • Knowledge of airport operations is highly regarded.
