Airport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a professional to coordinate airport operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check passengers in and manage their documents.
  • Accept and weigh bags, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
  • Provide customer service, checking the needs of each customer.
  • Ensure equipment is serviceable and arrange seating as needed.
  • Assist passengers on arrival and departure, including those with disabilities.
  • Manage flight data and file reports into flight files as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, or Customer Service roles.
  • Understanding of Japanese culture for providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and understanding of cultural diversity.
