About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Manager to join our team at Australian Leisure & Hospitality (ALH). As a trusted business partner to our leadership team, you will drive the transformation agenda, ensuring effective execution and delivery of targeted transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent LT sponsors in relevant forums and apply sound judgement to decision making around tactical and strategic plans.
  • Leverage your commercial and operational experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives, approach and delivery.
  • Apply strategic thinking and problem solving skills to structure problems, design and execute appropriate analysis/research, and develop creative and innovative commercial actions to solve.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with other matrixed teams in the business, to ensure successful delivery of the strategic and transformation priorities.

Requirements:

  • Senior transformation experience gained in a large matrix corporate environment, strategy consultancy, private equity or similar relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in large transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and end-to-end program/project management.
