Senior HR Shared Services Manager

This reputable organization is seeking an experienced Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead their team in delivering exceptional employee experiences through outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the HR Shared Services team to ensure they deliver positive employee experiences.
  • Driving process improvement, governance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Providing P&C administrative support and guidance to other HR team members and line managers.
  • Supporting projects in the HR function and initiatives.
  • Assisting with maintaining and uplifting the Onboarding system.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and/or tertiary qualifications in HR or a business-related discipline. A minimum of 4 years' HR experience, preferably in a shared services team, is essential. Experience with Successfactors is ideal. The successful candidate will be a quick learner with an eye for detail and enjoy improving systems and processes to achieve the best outcomes.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant experience and/or tertiary qualifications in HR or a business-related discipline.
  • At least 4 years' HR experience, preferably in a shared services team.
  • Ideal experience with Successfactors.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service approach.
