Exceptional Experience Specialist

This role involves creating an outstanding experience for individuals. You will be the go-to expert for departments, building strong relationships with leaders and team members while using your expertise to shape a culture where everyone can thrive and do their best work.

About the Position
  • Partner with leaders to coach, guide and support them on matters related to people development
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required
  • Attend and contribute to department meetings, providing tailored insights and solutions
  • Conduct monthly 1:1s with leaders, offering coaching on performance, retention, policy and conflict resolution
  • Manage initiatives in performance, succession planning, engagement, reward & recognition, wellbeing and employer branding
  • Support employee relations issues with professionalism under guidance
  • Contribute to Leadership & Talent Review sessions and follow through on agreed initiatives
  • Handle matters with confidentiality and professionalism at all times
HR Processes
  • Respond to and escalate HR queries, providing clear advice in line with policies
  • Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Keep people data, HRIS and employee files accurate and up to date
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment as required
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate records of starters, leavers and changes
  • Support employees with Visa and PR applications
Talent Development
  • Work with leaders and Talent Development to identify capability needs and recommend training
  • Guide employees and managers on learning opportunities, including leadership programs
  • Maintain and update Aspire guides relevant to your departments
