About the Opportunity

Australia Post is a leading logistics and postal services company that is committed to delivering sustainable solutions for the environment, communities, and customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Group Sustainability Office, which acts as the centre of excellence for enhancing positive and reducing negative social, environmental, and economic impacts of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, aggregation, review, and maintenance of internal performance data and information focused on sustainability initiatives and programs across all Australia Post operations.
  • Develop and build data visualisations and dashboards to report sustainability-related performance.
  • Support continuous improvement of process and performance based on data analysis and best practice insights.
  • Support timely and compliant reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with the collation and management of sustainability-related information, as well as the development of presentations and reports as required.

About You

You are a process-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for transforming complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive sustainability performance. You have strong analytical skills with attention to detail, proven ability for problem solving and simplifying complex processes, and comprehensive understanding of corporate responsibility and sustainability reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience with data visualisation software, such as Tableau and Power BI.
