We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Performance Analyst to join our Talent and Culture team. As a key member of our Regulatory Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of diverse priorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support executive performance and remuneration, including the Accountability and Consequence Framework.
- Support the Enterprise Accountability Group, a quarterly governance forum chaired by the CEO, to review material risk matters and accountability.
- Manage T&C regulatory queries and matters, including those related to new APRA Prudential Standards.
- Support the People & Culture Committee and Board, including Non-Executive Director and executive performance and remuneration matters.
- Prepare regulatory performance, remuneration, and consequence external disclosures, including the Annual Report Remuneration Report and Financial Note remuneration disclosures.
- Provide analysis and support for global performance and remuneration and regulatory governance matters.
- Support annual performance and remuneration framework compliance and policy reviews.
- Advanced skills in Excel and extensive data analytics and insights experience.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and consult with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of remuneration structures and approaches.
- Working knowledge of regulations and laws impacting remuneration.
- Experience working in T&C or Risk.
- Ability to leverage available data to tell a story and develop insights into employee and business needs and behavior.
