Leadership Opportunity in Data-Rich Environment

The ideal candidate will lead the strategic, financial, and operational direction of a dynamic organisation with a focus on commercial growth, innovation, and key stakeholder engagement.

This is a challenging role within a complex environment. The leader will oversee a diverse portfolio including genetic evaluation, database development, software development, strategic consulting, and international collaborations.

The successful leader will have at least 10 years' experience in agribusiness, ideally with exposure to the dairy industry and agricultural data services. They should possess a proven track record in people leadership, commercial business development, and delivering growth in digital or data-driven environments.

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, able to build and maintain high-impact partnerships. They should also have demonstrated success in implementing organisational strategy and driving performance, as well as a whole-of-business leadership approach.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in agricultural science, animal science, business, MBA, or related fields are essential. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel and represent the organisation frequently are also required.
