Our hotel is seeking a passionate and caring hospitality professional to join our team as a host and customer experience champion. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and enriched.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting your leadership team with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include working alongside a team to offer an outstanding customer experience, ensuring venue standards are met, utilizing problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment, and fulfilling rotating rostered shifts.
