We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Experience Champion to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with the management team to discuss areas for improvement and opportunities to contribute to our organization's success.
- Respond to space needs of members to ensure a successful experience.
- Coordinate office move-ins and outs, including furniture installation and removal, cabling desks, and other manual tasks.
- Host the Welcome Desk, providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Ensure the member kitchen area is always functioning and ready for community use.
- Manage clubhouse operations, including access passes, stocktake items, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Community Lead to support members moving in/out of the space, complete office condition reports, and participate in national facilities and tech meetings.
- Serve as Clubhouse Tech Rep, providing IT support for Clubhouse users and participating in national facilities and tech meetings.
- Evaluate ongoing maintenance projects and their impact on the member community.
- Coordinate onsite maintenance and works, building relationships with external contractors.
- Own the ticketing process, ensuring Zendesk tickets and maintenance projects are resolved in a timely manner.
About You
We're looking for a candidate with:
A hands-on attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to be on their feet for part of the day.1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.Strong time management skills, with an ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining solutions-focused.A basic understanding of Tech and facilities.A desire to problem-solve and a keen eye for detail.The ability to build strong internal and external relationships, work well in a team, and independently.-
