Job Description
As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive business growth and development for T.D. Williamson in the assigned territories. Your primary focus will be on delivering profitable sales strategies that meet the company's objectives.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business success and profitability goals;
- Leading market development processes and providing expert direction in developing comprehensive business strategies;
- Sales execution: achieving annual services orders and revenues plans by identifying business opportunities, negotiating commercial deals, and maintaining accountability for all commercial proposals;
- Project management: developing preliminary project scope, applying project definition and management skills, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing sub-contractors;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A commercial or engineering master degree with at least 7 years of experience in sales/business development;
- Knowledge of the pipeline and/or oil & gas industry in the assigned territory;
- Good commercial and interpersonal skills, ability to deal and negotiate at high levels, and supervisory experience;
- Fluency in English, with any other language being an asset;
Location
This role is based in Perth, Australia, with potential travel requirements within the territory.
Estimated Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
