Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in reviewing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have performed numerous tasks required for a successful CRM implementation, including creating functional requirements and designs for customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate costs for implementation tasks
  • Provide technical guidance on MS Dynamics field services to clients and mentor team members
  • Migrate data from external systems into MS Fields Services, mapping fields as necessary
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Train users and administrators

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Strong understanding of CRM implementation and data migration principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
