About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across various sectors.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets
- Leverage your expertise to drive sales cycles, from identification to closing deals
- Enable sales teams through ongoing training and enablement to confidently position our solutions as a strategic advantage
- Maintain strong relationships with sales leadership to review territory performance and identify strategies for growth
- Ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with regional business goals
- Develop scalable sales programs that bring our story to life through compelling narratives and enablement content
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in direct or indirect quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in SaaS or consulting
- Proven experience driving at-scale sales programs and selling motions in a technology environment
- Knowledge of CRM or Marketing Automation solutions, Success Plans experience a plus
- A proven track record of influencing across reporting lines and driving outcomes across matrixed teams
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to engage at senior levels and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and pipeline accuracy
