What You'll Do

As an Inventory Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in our logistics team, taking ownership of purchasing inventory, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and managing the supply chain. You'll work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure efficient and effective inventory management within our National Distribution Centre and other Warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage procurement to meet demand, ensuring stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring a smooth supply chain
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of inventory, addressing any issues that may arise
  • Continuously track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and data records, supporting inventory analysis and decision-making
  • Support and promote the development of new processes to enhance inventory management and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in data analytics, data literacy, SAP, and Excel. Experience in supply chain, FMCG, or medical devices is essential, with proficiency in Power BI a plus. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are also essential.
