**Chief Product Officer Job Description**

Overview

This is a leadership position responsible for driving the overall product vision and strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, technical expertise, and experience leading high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO and CTO.
  • Lead the product council to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Oversee the entire product release process, including documentation and release notes.
  • Maintain and improve MyVenue's LMS platform, 'myUniversity', through new modules and ongoing maintenance.
  • Build and scale the product function, working closely with engineering teams.
  • Establish robust delivery capabilities, including project management, business analysis, quality assurance, and release engineering.
  • Analyze and mitigate product risks, address technical debt, and enhance processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and execution excellence within the organization.
