Job Title: Performance Manager

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Breakthru's national footprint and contributing to the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.

About This Role:
  • This position involves implementing quality and performance frameworks, tracking progress against key milestones, and collaborating with Regional Managers.
  • The successful applicant will provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract, developing and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements.
  • Contribution to strategic planning and organisational development is also expected, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes.
  • Liaising with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts is a crucial aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementing quality and performance frameworks to track progress against key milestones.
  2. Providing training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract.
  3. Developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements.
  4. Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development.
  5. Liaising with external partners, funders, and stakeholders.
