
Strategic Quality Assurance Specialist

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Breakthru's national footprint and contributing to the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.
About This Role:- This position involves implementing quality and performance frameworks, tracking progress against key milestones, and collaborating with Regional Managers.
- The successful applicant will provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract, developing and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Contribution to strategic planning and organisational development is also expected, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes.
- Liaising with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts is a crucial aspect of this role.
- Implementing quality and performance frameworks to track progress against key milestones.
- Providing training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract.
- Developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development.
- Liaising with external partners, funders, and stakeholders.
You are a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. With experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation—ideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectors.
