Key Performance Manager Role

This role is integral to our national footprint across New South Wales and Queensland, supporting key initiatives.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. The successful candidate will have experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation ideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectors.

About the Position

The Key Performance Manager will implement our quality and performance framework, track progress against key milestones, and develop, track, and report on KPIs and compliance requirements. They will provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance, contribute to strategic planning and organisational development, and liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance.
  • Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, performance management, or program evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
