
Strategic Performance Leader

We are excited to announce an opening for a Performance Manager in our organization. This role is based in a regional area and plays a critical part in supporting our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the quality and performance framework alongside Regional Managers, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the contract.
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights to support performance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes.
- Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
You are a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. With experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation—ideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectors. You are confident working with data, compliance standards, and stakeholder relationships, and you bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do.
You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are driven by the opportunity to help shape a more inclusive employment landscape.
Essential Criteria- Proven experience in quality assurance, performance management, or program evaluation.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to inclusive employment and social equity.
- Experience working in the disability, community, or not-for-profit sector (highly regarded).
- Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences, or relevant experience.
- Current Driver's License - Essential.
