We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team in New South Wales and Queensland. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, working closely with Regional Managers to track progress against key milestones.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality assurance, performance management, or program evaluation, as well as strong analytical skills and a commitment to equity and inclusion. They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities of the job include:

Implementing the IEA quality and performance framework
Providing training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract
Developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements
Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development
Liaising with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts
