About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in supporting our national footprint and helping people access meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the quality and performance framework, tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract.
  • Develop, track, and report on KPIs and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights to support performance.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development, enhancing service quality and client outcomes.
  • Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

You are a strategic thinker with experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to equity and inclusion make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, performance management, or program evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to inclusive employment and social equity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences, or relevant experience.
