The Opportunity

As a Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of our residents, families, and team members. You will build strong relationships with our team, residents, and their families, and contribute to the ongoing delivery of excellence in care.

  • Overseeing clinical responsibilities
  • Developing and mentoring a team of clinicians
  • Working closely with a supportive General Manager
  • Embedding clinical governance and leadership
  • Promoting continuous clinical improvement
