Key Responsibilities:- Deliver holistic and person-centred care to all residents, including social and emotional support.
- Coordinate the care needs of residents across the home, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, as well as pressure care management.
- Lead and supervise care on the shift, within designated wings or areas.
- Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and policies.
- Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA registration to administer medication) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines) or Certificate III in Individual Support with willingness to undertake training to obtain required qualifications.
- High-level commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and use information technology and programs, as well as learn new skills as required.
- Current National police check.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
- A desire to join a team committed to caring for others in a mission-based organisation.
