Director of Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Director of Care to lead our day-to-day clinical and operational functions, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and clinical leadership across multiple care streams, driving high-quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective compliance with aged care quality standards and AN-ACC funding requirements, leveraging expertise to optimize performance.
  • Mentor and support a strong clinical and care team to deliver best-practice care, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain resident satisfaction, workforce engagement, and third-party accountability, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience within aged care, showcasing ability to drive results and navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of AN-ACC, with strong documentation and reporting skills, enabling effective compliance and optimization.
  • Familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care models, embracing innovation and best practices.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Check, Worker Orientation Module, and COVID/Flu vaccinations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
