The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in guiding clinical best practice and compliance, while maintaining and actioning the Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI).
About the Role- Provide strategic guidance on quality standards and scope of practice to team members.
- Manage and submit data for national quality indicator programs.
- Oversee regular care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Nursing and current registration (essential).
- Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices.
- Knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation processes.
