Job Opportunity

This position involves extensive travel to various locations, primarily within the Northwest and Southwest regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilise your comprehensive understanding of drawings, specifications and quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements for all site-related activities.
  • Support the implementation of project quality, health & safety and environmental management plans on all projects.
  • Assist with daily project monitoring for toolbox inspections, checklists, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Assist with monitoring and updating of the construction program and site activity.
  • Evaluate materials procurement in accordance with the construction schedule.
  • Assist in monitoring daily work activities to maximise plant and resource utilisation.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives for managing site-related expenses.
We Are Seeking an Individual Who Possesses:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or working towards this qualification
  • 1-2+ years prior experience as an Engineer in the civil industry, preferably in residential subdivisions/bulk earthworks
  • A valid White Card & Driver's Licence
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to show initiative and take ownership
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, including attention to detail
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM-based applications and Microsoft Office suite
