We seek an experienced and innovative civil professional to contribute their technical expertise in optimising asset lifecycles and enhancing service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting customers, employees, and networks. They will play a key role in identifying, creating, and actively managing technical specifications, standards, and guidelines related to civil engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical advice and support to senior engineering staff
  • Driving innovation in digital and sustainable infrastructure approaches
  • Supporting design review, production, and updating of standards, implementing the Engineering Assurance framework
  • Providing specialised technical support to the Growth and Development team

Requirements include a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil discipline, relevant experience in civil engineering, and demonstrated knowledge and skills in civil, structural, and hydraulic design of utility pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, and work under pressure with internal and external stakeholders.
