Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Development Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of critical infrastructure projects and play a key role in managing our interface with State-significant health, education, and transport infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination and support through our case management platform, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. They will also maintain case management documentation with a strong focus on quality control, facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design approval issues, and review case documents in compliance with Sydney Water's policies, procedures and guidelines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver results.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse options and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
