Sales Organisation Leader

As a leader in sales, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and overseeing the Sydney-based team. Your primary objective will be to build and scale our sales organisation in Australia / New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and scaling the sales organisation
  • Owning end-to-end commercial success of the department
  • Creating and driving the vision and strategy for growing the AUNZ sales team
  • Engaging with large strategic opportunities and leading executive relationships
  • Developing best practices to rapidly scale the organisation and deliver revenue targets

About You:

  • 15+ years of extensive sales experience serving multinational enterprise customers
  • Inspirational leadership with 5+ years in Australia, demonstrated experience leading leaders and individual contributors
  • Extensive knowledge of the Payments, FinTech and/or enterprise SAAS industries in Australia and New Zealand
  • Strong experience with sales forecasting and metrics
