This role will drive strategic growth and business transformation within a leading financial institution, contributing to the organization's purpose of maintaining a fair, strong, and efficient financial system.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Deliver hands-on business activities, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and learning resources.
- Oversee a program view of business development, addressing impacts, benefits, risks, and issues at the strategic level.
- Integrate business efforts with portfolio, program, and project leads across the organization.
- Coach senior leaders, build strong stakeholder coalitions, and drive strategic change.
- Manage resource allocation to support initiatives and ongoing activities efficiently.
- Define initiative vision and benefits, guiding business areas in achieving intended outcomes.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
- Extensive background in organizational change within complex business and project environments.
- Change management certification such as Prosci highly regarded.
