Transforming retirement living is an exciting opportunity that requires a skilled leader to drive change and deliver results. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the people and culture aspects of our key billing automation project.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and our 58 retirement villages to embed new ways of working, processes and systems.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract role that will allow you to make a meaningful impact on our organization. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute targeted communications, engagement and training programs to support teams through change.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement and embed a change management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute communications plans that engage stakeholders and promote understanding of the 'why' behind change.
  • Act as a visible leader, helping teams navigate change and feel supported throughout the transition.
