Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will lead the transformation of client operations across various sectors, helping businesses operate more efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to disrupt traditional models, challenging the logistics and supply chain market by shaping innovative strategies that drive efficiency, transparency, and create real value.

This role involves leading client discovery sessions to understand strategic goals and pain points, actively engaging with clients to build relationships and trust, designing tailored supply chain solutions using data analytics and modeling, partnering with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and profitable, overseeing implementation, monitoring ROI, and analyzing results to adjust strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in supply chain or logistics solution design
  • Understanding of freight forwarding is highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of delivering profitable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage at senior executive level
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving
