Job Title: Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of key strategic change initiatives across our organization.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving organisational change, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, and fostering alignment across teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies by conducting detailed impact assessments and mapping current and future state processes.
  • Align stakeholders on change initiatives through effective communication and engagement, supported by workshops and training.
  • Define and document process changes, standardise workflows, and collaborate across teams to support knowledge transfer and upskilling.
  • Champion change by addressing resistance, promoting adaptability, gathering stakeholder feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate changes, advise leadership on process management, and build a network of change agents.

Key Capabilities:

  • Extensive experience in leading change initiatives, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of operating model transformations, business processes, and organisational dynamics.
  • Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and optimisation to support structured change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
