Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned change leader to join our Enterprise Strategy and Change team. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Bank's strategic objectives by building and embedding a sustainable, enterprise-wide continuous improvement capability.

This is a unique opportunity to drive transformative change across the entire Bank, from charter functions to IT. You will lead identification and execution of initiatives that enhance both operational excellence and employee experience.

The successful candidate will be an enterprise capability builder, skilled in end-to-end systems thinking, service delivery architecture, and sustained value creation across a complex, regulated environment.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with the Manager – Strategic Planning to align CI efforts with strategic planning, performance, and governance cycles.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Bank's enterprise-wide continuous improvement framework.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable CI initiatives that drive measurable improvement in service delivery, operations, and culture.
  • Facilitate and improve continuous improvement programs, e.g., Smarter, Simpler, Faster, and embed continuous improvement into enterprise performance, planning, and risk frameworks.
About You
  • 8 – 12+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, or CI roles in large, complex institutions.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic and operational change at the enterprise level, in a regulated or institutionally complex setting.
  • Demonstrated experience working within, or consulting to, the financial services industry or public sector.
