Administrative Support Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support services to the District Manager Disability and staff within the Disability portfolio, including the Specialised Intellectual Disability Health Team.

This is a key role in supporting the District Manager Disability and team members to ensure seamless operational efficiency across all aspects of their work. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, documents, and communication systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for building effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the District Manager Disability and team members;
  • Maintaining accurate records, documents, and communication systems;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings;
  • Managing email and phone correspondence;
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures;
