We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will provide critical and professional administrative support to the General Manager and assistance to wider team members.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-level C-Suite support at Executive Assistant level in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will have strong organisational skills and planning skills with the ability to balance competing demands to prioritise and achieve deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate meetings and functions, including responsibility of attendance, preparation of agenda, presentations and papers, attendance and recording of notes/actions/minutes
  • Ensure a high standard of service is maintained and enhanced across all levels of communications whilst representing the General Manager internally and externally
  • Support the General Manager with the preparation of papers, reports, policy documents and proposals for consideration
  • Coordinate all travel bookings both domestic and international, in line with the company's travel policy

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in providing high-level C-Suite support at Executive Assistant level in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organisational skills and planning skills with the ability to balance competing demands to prioritise and achieve deadlines
  • Business Administration degree or qualification is preferred
