Job Title: Strategic Support Partner

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Principal and Leadership Team to deliver exceptional support services.

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and calendars
  • Manage school communications, including website updates, newsletters and social media posts
  • Provide administrative assistance to office staff
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of administrative support functions for the Principal and teaching staff
  • Manage student records for the DIP program and maintain accurate SSSO files
  • Collaborate with the Principal and wider Leadership Team
  • Monitor and update the school website
  • Process admin tasks required by the Principal
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated capacity to perform duties in line with established guidelines and frameworks
  • Effective communication skills, including high-level oral and written communication
  • Capacity to provide guidance and support to leadership, teachers and education support staff regarding students' learning needs
  • A commitment to professional growth and development for both self and others
