The role of Business Partner involves delivering practical business consulting and advisory services to stakeholders. This includes supporting the business unit, which is undergoing significant change following a recent acquisition.
Responsibilities- Deliver strategic advice, including interpretation of industry standards.
- Assist in return-to-work coordination, injury management, and administration related to incidents and workers' compensation claims.
- Provide day-to-day business advice on stakeholder relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and organisational design initiatives to manage structural change effectively.
- Coordinate learning and development activities aligned with business needs.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and remuneration reviews.
- Provide guidance on WHS and workers' compensation matters, incident reporting, and injury management.
- Support projects and initiatives as required.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Solid generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong working knowledge of industry standards and their application.
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
