This role provides high-level administrative and business support to senior executives.
About The RoleThe Strategic Business Partner will provide diary and email management, meeting coordination, correspondence management, and stakeholder liaison.
Key Responsibilities:- Diary and email management, meeting coordination, correspondence and briefs management, and stakeholder liaison
- Providing support to senior executives in the preparation of presentations and agendas, acting as a minute secretary and facilitating follow-up action
- Arranging meetings and conferences, including liaison with senior executives and government officials coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel arrangements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in office management and executive support to senior executives within a sensitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyse issues and determine priorities in an environment of tight deadlines, take initiative and work under limited direction
- Extensive skill and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint)
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification or office administration qualification (minimum Certificate IV)
