Business Applications Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of business applications. As a key member of our corporate office team, you will work closely with franchisees, international customers, and other stakeholders to ensure they can maximise the benefits of these applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT-based roles, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving excellent outcomes. You will be able to work well under pressure, prioritise multiple issues simultaneously, and effectively integrate into a fast-paced team environment.

  • Provide technical support on queries from franchisees, internationally and in the corporate offices.
  • Register, track, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests using the Service Management system.
  • Assist in identifying and diagnosing underlying causes to recurring problems.
  • Coordinate requests for application enhancements from the business and escalate them accordingly.
  • Document and update Application Support procedures and instructions.
