About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Information Manager to join our team at NSW Health. As a key member of the Health Information Unit (HIU), you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate and reliable patient information.

You will work closely with healthcare staff to ensure seamless access to patient records, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Patient Records: Oversee the maintenance and updating of patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Support Healthcare Staff: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient information-related queries and concerns.
  3. Develop Processes: Work with the HIU team to develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining patient records.
