About the Job

This is a highly visible role that requires expertise in technology risk management, particularly in the financial services sector. As an Information Security Risk Management Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance to develop and implement technology risk management strategies that align with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the development and implementation of technology risk management frameworks to ensure they are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with product, client, and technology teams to ensure operational risk considerations are integrated into new initiatives, system changes, and major projects.
  3. Provide insights derived from technology and data risk reporting to the Board and Executive Leadership Team.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in technology risk management and experience working with financial services companies. A Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required, as well as relevant certifications, such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP. Prior experience in managing risks associated with AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies is essential.
