We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative support to the logistics team, ensuring the smooth running of shutdowns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in resources sector recruitment, mobilisation, or site administration, although training can be provided for the right individual.

This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in administration and MS Office suite, as well as your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver administrative support to the logistics team, including arranging training courses, VOCs, and medicals for employees.
  2. Process leave requests and update employee availability.
  3. Execute travel bookings in accordance with company policies.
  4. Manage the employee drug and alcohol testing program.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications and compliance.
  6. Communicate with workers regarding their availability and work allocation preferences.
Requirements:
  • Professional level experience in administration and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to moving priorities.
  • Ability to be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced high-intensity environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to exercise initiative consistently.
