We are seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team.

This role will involve maximising workshop efficiencies and acting as the primary point of contact for our service centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing tools from customers or freight providers
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Booking tools into our warranty portal and completing necessary documentation
  • Allocating tools according to operational workflow
  • Managing spare parts allocations with relevant service claims
  • Performing all necessary warehouse duties, including unpacking and packing
  • Communicating with our after-sales support team to obtain claim information

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a CRM and ERP system environment is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to respond to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiastic personality
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Solid attention to detail and organisational abilities
