The City Campus Loading Dock Coordinator role is pivotal in ensuring seamless campus operations and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to coordinate day-to-day operations of the City Campus Loading Dock.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the City Campus Facilities Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant loading dock operations.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Coordinate loading dock logistics to meet campus needs.
- Manage relationships with schools and centres to ensure smooth campus services operation.
- Maintain compliance with legislative requirements and implement effective safety protocols.
- A degree in logistics or a relevant field, or equivalent experience/training.
- Extensive experience in loading dock operations and general logistics within building or venue environments.
- Proficiency in scheduling software applications, including Microsoft 365.
- Holds a current Traffic Control Ticket (TC) and Fork Lift license (LF).
- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
