Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Melbourne as a Business Consultant. The successful applicant will be responsible for building and developing our existing client base with both employers and members directly.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing new business relationships with national agency networks located in VIC & TAS
  • Building on existing member and employer relationships
  • Growing our membership and employer base
  • Growing our funds under management
  • Working with both employers and members directly
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • RG146 compliance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry or 5 years in the real estate industry
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development and relationship management
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Ability to work independently but as part of a national team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in opportunity lead generation through to conversion
