Managing Director | Melbourne Custom Building & Fit-out Solutions

Melbourne Creative Group (MCG) is growing fast, and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to take our Melbourne presence to the next level.

Based in Box Hill, MCG partners with builders, architects and developers to deliver high-end, custom building and fit-out solutions. From premium materials – stone, timber, glass, metal, acoustic panels – to feature walls, ceilings, signage, reception desks and bespoke architectural elements, we turn complex ideas into reality.

What Will You Do?

  • Drive new business and expand our builder, architect and contractor network
  • Manage key accounts and grow long-term partnerships
  • Quote and present tailored solutions – from material sourcing to full fit-outs
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent MCG with professionalism at meetings, site visits and industry events

What we are looking for?

  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales or business development (building, construction, fit-out)
  • Strong local network with builders, architects or contractors
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship skills
  • Drivers licence essential – you'll be on the road building relationships
  • Tertiary qualification in business, construction or related field preferred (not essential)
