Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor and manage cash flow, conduct foreign currency purchases, and process foreign currency payments
- Perform weekly customer analysis, process client refunds, and manage corporate credit cards
- Prepare month-end processes, reporting, and analysis, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and end-of-year tax statements
- Manage prepayments and accruals, BAS, and WIPS/accruals
- Recent experience working in a relevant accounts/bookkeeping role within the international freight forwarding industry
- Experience with Cargowise operating system essential
- Australian residency required
