About the Company:
Davidson is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis in Melbourne CBD.
About the Role:
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reporting.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding account status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
About you:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Benefits:
- $35 - $45 per hour + Superannuation.
- Located in Melbourne CBD.
