Key Responsibilities- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all company expenses are recorded accurately and paid in line with company guidelines and trading terms with vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams and suppliers to ensure their needs are met and any disputes are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Investigate discrepancies between creditor's statements and company records to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Reconcile customer payments for accuracy and manage accounts receivable.
- 3+ years' experience in accounts, preferably in the construction industry.
- High level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in XERO and ability to learn new software quickly.
